We pride ourselves on our strategic alignment with our client’s requirements by spending time as early as possible understanding their ‘vision’.  We strongly believe that our success is dependant upon our client’s satisfaction of the whole project delivery.

We therefore ensure that on every project, irrespective of project size and value, we employ a single point of contact on site, this may be a Project Manager, Site Manager, Site Foreman or Working Foreman.  For each project a Director is also assigned who will be actively involved and will provide support to both the site team and our Client.

By ensuring the success of each and every project we have continued to obtain new projects by recommendation and negotiation.

Furthermore we offer either a programmed maintenance service, or, a responsive maintenance service to all our clients, whether or not we built the original building.
