Bournemouth East Allotment Building The new build of a single warehouse unit with toilet facilities within a ‘green field’ site to service the members of an allotment society. The construction consisted of traditional strip and pad foundations, concrete slab, steel frame and composite cladding. The project was undertaken on a Traditional Contract for the local Council.

Holton Heath Industrial Estate A ‘rolling contract’ to refurbish ten large industrial units, generally consisting of replacement cladding, formation of new office areas and the refurbishment of the existing warehouse areas. The contract included new mechanical and electrical systems and external works as required.

West Howe Industrial Estate The external refurbishment of twelve ‘starter’ industrial units whilst the buildings were in occupation. The project involved the removal of the existing roof sheeting and wall cladding, temporary weather protection and the subsequent replacement. We also replaced the front and rear personnel and cargo doors.

School Lane The refurbishment of a large industrial unit including the replacement external cladding, removal of asbestos, refurbishment of existing office units and the renovation of the warehouse areas. Externally we upgraded the existing car parking and recreation areas.
