Lonsdale Road, Winton The project involved the demolition of the existing detached garage structure within the rear garden and the sympathetic construction of a new garage to the front of the property with associated hard landscaping. Additionally we also formed a secluded Mediterranean style garden patio and provided a paved patio outside the kitchen. The client preferred the extensive refurbishment project which we undertook using a traditional form of contract. Lagoon Road, Lilliput A project inherited from a builder who became insolvent. Our scope included the rectification of works to the structure and the complete high specification fit-out direct for a domestic client. The house was innovative in its application of materials and the extensive use of electronic lifestyle systems.
